#Ubuntu copyq install
Wayland with Gnome 42.4 with default install setup.(Get details from copyq version command if possible.) sudo apt install \ cmake \ extra-cmake-modules \ git \ libqt5svg5 \ libqt5svg5-dev \ libqt5waylandclient5-dev \ libqt5x11extras5-dev \ libwayland-dev \ libxfixes-dev \ libxtst-dev \ qtbase5-private-dev \ qtdeclarative5-dev \ qttools5-dev \ qttools5-dev-tools \ qtwayland5 \ qtwayland5-dev-tools. I expected copyq to paste into the terminal window as happened for me in previous versions of Ubuntu.Ĭan create video if needed - there's not really a single screenshot to show this

When attempting to type into a terminal window by selecting an item with the enter key, CopyQ pastes to the window directly behind.
